Erica Ebert is a qualified Level II Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and meditation teacher through University of Massachusetts Medical and is pursuing her certification in M.B.S.R. through Brown University.
Erica has taught yoga and meditation for 15 years, has had a distinguished career as an english teacher, instructional specialist & curriculum writer and is an expert in mindfulness for students ages 4 through 18. She is proud to be working within the WFL BOCES Region as the Staff Development Trainer for SEL / Mindfulness. She works across Section V with both coaches and athletes. Erica also develops and leads trainings for educators and administrators across several New York State counties.
