Erica Ebert is a qualified Level II Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and meditation teacher through University of Massachusetts Medical and is pursuing her certification in M.B.S.R. through Brown University.
Erica’s interest in Mindfulness Meditation began in 2006 when she became a RYT with American Power Yoga in Dallas, Texas. In 2009, after a weekend training with Pema Chӧdron, she was hooked. Erica has taught yoga and meditation for 15+ years, held a distinguished career as an english teacher, instructional specialist & curriculum writer and is an expert in mindfulness for students ages 4 through 18. She is a Level 2 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher through Brown University. Erica is also a graduate of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfiled's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training. She is the founder and co-owner of The Balanced Living Center as well as the Staff Development Trainer in Social and Emotional Learning & Mindfulness for Wayne-Finger Lakes B.O.C.E.S.
