Erica Ebert is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) and meditation teacher through University of Massachusetts Medical and is pursuing her certification in M.B.S.R. through Brown University.
Erica has taught yoga and meditation for 15 years, has had a distinguished career as an english teacher, instructional specialist & curriculum writer and is an expert in mindfulness for students ages 4 through 18.
