Erica Ebert is a qualified Level II Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and meditation teacher through University of Massachusetts Medical and is pursuing her certification in M.B.S.R. through Brown University.
Erica’s interest in Mindfulness Meditation began in 2006 when she became a RYT with American Power Yoga in Dallas, Texas. In 2009, after a weekend training with Pema Chӧdron, she was hooked.
