Erica’s interest in Mindfulness Meditation began in 2006 when she became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with American Power Yoga in Dallas, Texas. In 2009, after a weekend training with Pema Chӧdron, she was hooked.
Erica has taught yoga and meditation for 15+ years, held a distinguished career as an english teacher, instructional specialist & curriculum writer and is an expert in mindfulness for students ages 4 through 18. Erica is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher through Brown University. As an E-RYT 500, Erica is also a graduate of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training.
She is currently a staff development trainer for W-FL BOCES, yoga and mindfulness teacher at Midtown Athletic Club in Rochester, NY and visits Dallas, TX to teach at Good Vibes Yoga.
