What is Mindfulness Based Coaching (MBC)? The practice of Mindfulness invites us to “... cultivate inner resources that support resilience and healthy coping” (Brown University MBSR Teaching Guide) and a Mindfulness Based Coach supports humans as they navigate the challenges of daily life. Therefore, MBC provides a pathway filled with practices to cultivate: self-awareness, attention (wakefulness), perspective, emotional intelligence, responsiveness, connection, heartfulness (compassion) & ultimately healing.
